+20 years of experience across the M&A analysis, financial investigations , risk management and litigation support spaces.

Javier worked 11 years at Kroll Inc, conducting M&A due diligence, litigation support investigations in high stake litigation scenarios.
​
He has worked in projects in the USA, Latam, Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific, including a deployment of 2 years in Saudi Arabia, as well as across several Latam countries and the UK.
​
He is a expert in deep level investigations, support on high stake litigation cases and complex M&A Due Diligence. He owns extensive knowledge on financial investigations, those involving securities, insurance financial products and collaterals.

At the beginning of his career, he worked for the department of defense on high tech and defense technology research projects.
