Reducing information asymmetry to create an advantage in different business situations

In 2001 three renowned economists won the economy Nobel Prize for their studies of Information asymmetry and its harmful effects in the economy and business transactions. Information asymmetry happens in a situation when one party has more or better information than the other, therefore an advantage. Asymmetries create an imbalance of power in favour of the sell-side, that knows more and in depth than the buy-side of the transaction. This situation happens in a wide array of business situations not only in M&A deals.

Our work is to help our clients to reduce asymmetry of information, know more, in depth, obtain accurate and information to make better decisions. Helping our clients to move forward into a more powerful position in business deals or litigation matters.

Our value relies in difficult and adverse situations. Our background shows that we perform better in situations where others could not go, or did not reach their objectives, and in complex cross-border scenarios.
